Farm Field Trips

School Field Trips:
Education is Fun at Copper Creek Farm. Agriculture is such a vital part of our society, yet so many do not know much about it. Our goal as Copper Creek Farm is to educate students on farming and its importance in an exciting, hands-on way!

Tues - Friday September 27 - October 28

9:00 am – 10:00 am Buses Arrive
9:00 am – 1:00 pm Field Trip

When School students arrive at the farm for fall field trips, they will be divided into tour groups by class.

Students rotate through guided educational stations led by tour guide
• Choose a pumpkin in the pumpkin patch to take home
• Learn about how pumpkins grow
• Take a hayride around the farm
• Learn about how corn grows
• Guided tours through the mini corn maze
• Milking demonstrations in the Dairy Barn
• Visit the barnyard farm animals
• Animated Chicken Show
• Learn about american indan artifacts & wild animals on the farm
• Monster Pumpkin Cannon & Pig Races at end of field trip!
• Lunch after educational activities

Bring a sack lunch to enjoy. We have tables under our dining barn and dining wagons. We also have hand-washing and restroom facilities.

Field Trip Admission:
$8.00 Students, Visitors, and Adults
FREE Teachers, Aides, and Bus Drivers
$50 Deposit is required for all group reservations

Students will have an opportunity to shop in the general stores - ice cream, goat soap, lollipops, and beverages
